He says, as though just expecting the game would be designed to cater to homoerotic fetishism as a matter of fact.
It will take some time to undue the damage liberal marxists have done to the West, but we'll Make America Straight Again, folks. We will drain the swamp.
Dude, come on, start clocking in 'dem hours on Bloodlines.
Okay good, the transgession is forgiven for now.
I mean, he's not wrong. Women definitely get way more options. Seduction options are very limited for males.
yeah imagine, thinking that this Role Playing game about vampires which features themes of seduction, and traditionally has a character creation system embracing diversity, would have gay options, like skyrim, or the sims. Why on earth would i expect that???
and wtf is a liberal marxist? that sounds like "cultural marxist" which is code that neo-nazi's use for "people who dissagree with us" so you're either doing an elaborate satire, a troll, or a legit nazi?
You're right, it deffinitley has everything to do with demographic based marketing and lack of time to finish it, but like, thats where modders are supposed to step in and finish the job. I'm probably just going to figure out how to mod this thing myself, like in THEORY it should be really easy to just re skin the female character and change some pronouns, but I know very little about modding, and coding, and stuff .-.
They did do that.

Instead of changing the model paths in the clandoc000.txt file, per the original suggestion, you have to change the actual model files. Obviously back up the original vanilla files before you do this, but it's the only thing that's worked for me so far, and it's just copy/paste and changing some file names.
You've got to first find the original male model files (or use modded outfit models from someplace like moddb). These are all in vpk archive form, so you'll have to use the Bloodlines SDK (included with the optional Developer Tools add-ons in the unofficial patch) to extract the vpk files (found in the "Vampire" directory of the main game folder. Extract the textures and models from all of the vpk files (no need to do sound). Then find the male character models you need at the location the SDK tool has unpacked them to. They'll be somewhere like:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Vampire The Masquerade - Bloodlines\Patch_Extras\Developer Tools\Bloodlines SDK\SDKContent\VpkContent\models\character\pc\male
There should be 4 folders (armor0, armor1, armor2, armor3) inside whatever clan folder you use, and each of these folders should have 3 files, which consist of the model and its supporting files. You'll need ALL of these.
I copied over the entire clan folder to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Vampire The Masquerade - Bloodlines\Unofficial_Patch\models\character\pc\female
And then renamed all of the files inside to match what the vanilla female model file names are. So for example, "toreador_male_armor_0.mdl" became "toreador_female_armor_0.mdl". I did this for all files in all folders of 'toreador' (which is the clan appearance I wanted to use', and when I started up a new game with a female toreador, I got the male model and the opening cinematic used a male sire (without the need to pick the homosexual history).
This steam thread goes into the file replacing in more detail: http://steamcommunity.com/app/2600/discussions/0/522730700795135587/
If you're still wanting to try this, I hope it helps! Combining this method with the Dialogue editing mod should give you tons of customization options.
I did not miss that, no, as evidenced by the fact that I do actually mention that history in my post. I was just under the impression that it didn't change more than the intro, though, as the patch notes weren't exactly detailed with regards to what was changed for that option, and I saw in one of the comment threads on either patches-scrolls or moddb that it only changes the intro (which is obviously incorrect if you, the author, are telling me otherwise). Does "some dialogue situations" translate to "changes the dialogue options to be roughly equivalent to what female characters get in terms of seduction options"?
