I've never noticed that either! Good Find.

Well, this is probably an unused model I restored for the Unofficial Patch to give some more diversity to the cars. I don't even know what a General Lee car is though ;)...

The General Lee was a 1969 Dodge Charger used in the Television Show the Dukes of Hazzard.
The '69 Charger, along with other Dodge's, Plymouth's, Pontiac's, Ford's, Chevy's and the AMX were iconic American Muscle cars.

What is the car model that was restored in the UP in Santa Monica? It belongs to the rich guy who complains it broke down near the Santa Monica Suits. You can take the watch and some money from the dude and you can also drink blood from him down in the alley, near the pawn shop apartment entrance where you start.
I wish the cars were retextured into something of higher quality. Missed opportunity IMHO because car design wasn't as bland as it is today.

It is the same model, not orange with stripes but plain purple. Also the same model as Jack's car after the observatory. Based on a 1970 or so Chevrolet Nova.

They should change that one. The rich guy describes being advised to buy German, presumably a BMW or Mercedes, but did not. Who would be debating between a new 2004 German car and a 30 year old junker "muscle" car? They should replace it with the Lincoln Town Car already in the game, that at least makes more sense for a blue blood.
