i can not find the flashlight

where is the flash light? I looked on every Desks but i dont find it.

It´s random spawn point every time your start new game .. did you check out bathroom too? it´s in one of the rooms in your apartment, sometimes right in bedroom too which is easily missed .. or bug if you looked everywhere
