No one has the achievement yet, but from the description "The pillows have a surprise for you" I can piece together that it revolves around the tutorial level and the pillows you can push (maybe push them into one another? I don't know, it's a Theory) edit: I found out you can break the pillows too, but breaking all of them didn't do anything

Things I tried that didn't work:

• Gathering all the pillows in one spot and shoving them into each other. I did this on the rug at the bottom left of the map. Don't remember if I shoved every single pillow or not once I had them gathered
  
• Destroying every pillow
  
• Having the miniboss on wave 3 run into every pillow
  
• Having Chud's Mom run into every pillow
  
• Having the dog spawned by Chud's Mom destroy every pillow
  
• Pushing one pillow on to each of the rugs
  
• Making sure no pillows are destroyed during the mission

I'm not sure what else to try, but I am more than 50% sure that the rugs play some role in the achievement.

I'm kind of assuming it's another bugged achievement tbh, the "secret" mentioned in the achievement's description is probably just meant to be the 'white stuff' that appears when you bump into or destroy them.

You're probably right, I hadn't played Ϫ since the update dropped. The pillows there don't get destroyed, so it's probably those pillows that the achievement is talking about.
You can navigate so that you don't destroy any of them when they turn into mines on wave 5, but once they aren't hostile anymore, they just follow you. I did this twice but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with them once that happens.

I did try this once the pillows started following me, but nothing happened once I killed myself with them.

The achievement was bugged before but it has been fixed, it is only available on Thrembo

Yep same, not even sure what even got it for me because destroying them and having them blow up on me didn't seem to do it, I just played to wave 5 and got it midway through the wave (could've been destroy them all).
