Report a translation problem
I think the developer intent of this level is to get very strong solari from the fairgrounds, but you really want to at least find the rogues first ... This can be awkward because you have a brief window to get 1-2 out, then basically can't recruit for 80 seconds while waiting for the dragon to leave, then get them to explore correctly In a 2 minute grace period.
I handle this by putting default explore flags on 400, and only go back to my default 100 after I find the rogues.
My least favorite is Trade Routes - it's basically a easier version of Fertile Plains and it will not end until all 29 caravans have come even if you've already saved the needed 15.
