Crashing Issue

I bought this a while ago and it was running fine, but now after a bit of a break from it, I am having an issue. Every time I win a campaign, after I got the victory popup, the game crashes. It records the win, but I never get to the ending monologue or the option to continue playing. What can I do to fix it?

thats an odd time to crash. makes me think its an issue with saving or something (even if it does save). do you have any odd characters in the games path in windows? or with odd characters in the name of the profile that could be too maybe but no idea

I don't have any mods at the moment, I'm not sure what you mean by odd characters. I am running it basically as it comes.

odd characters like ñ, ú, Ø and stuff like that

well no idea then other than the usual like running the game in compatibility mode and giving it admin privileges

Could you explain how to do that like you would to a dummy? Since I am a dummy in these things.

go to the games folder find the executable right click it go to properties and youll see those options. to go to the games folder right click game on steam library click browse local files.
if you cant find the compatibility / admin stuff just google it youll see lots of guides

This forum is for old version of the game. Did you try HD?
