Could some kind soul who got all achievements shed some light on the two secret achievements and some tactics for doing the Time Challenge (specially the level of the submarine).

The submarine is real difficult to reach within the time. I'm struggling too

Actually I got it. My problem was the part with the mines, right at the end. Just got there and touch the checkpoint without getting the Life Up; that means that if you die, the Life Up will still be there when you respawn.

What I did was to practice that part many, many, many times (seriously, I spend at last 1h30 there), suiciding before reaching the next checkpoint. Once I was able to make past it, the time attack was not hard at all.
