"Finding frankie" the minigame not in the game?

You will find boards around the place showing all of the courses attractions and their number. And there is a "finding frankie" course which we never got to actually play. Kinda weird how the minigame the whole game is named after isnt playable. Unless it is and its a secret but doubt it.
