Upon purchasing and booting up this game, I chose high graphics settings and fullscreen options, then launched the game. It will not get past the splash screen in the bedroom. I can look around using right mouse, but there is nothing to click on. I am unable to change the graphics settings again. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the game, hoping that it would give me the options again, but with no luck. Hoping for some help getting past this hurdle before I request a refund....

I got all achievements, but on my profile, this game doesn't show as a perfect game. Why?
