Other games with a lot of choices and sex scenes?

Hi, I'm quite new in VN genre (just played Fading Hearts and Katawa Shoujo, I loved this last one <3 ) and I was looking for another games of that kind, but with lots of choices and stuff, I would like to create my own adventure in a BIG way. Anyone can help me with this? Thanks!

I'm going to go right into suggesting Fate/Stay Night. Never had an official release outside of Japan, though. Just do a bit of searching.

They don't contain the scenes you're specifically looking for, but 999 (9 Persons, 9 Hours, 9 Doors) for the Nintendo DS is pretty awesome and is quite different depending on the choices of the player. Virtue's Last Reward for Playstation Vita and 3DS is the sequel to the game, it doesn't require you to play 999 to enjoy it, but its another game to consider.
