Software Crashes While Using OBS

I recently did my first stream, but had a few technical difficulties. It was expected, but what took me entirely off guard was my PNGTuber not working. In the past weeks I've tested it I never had an issue, but since the latest update, whenever I try to switch scenes in OBS or even just have the PNGTuber program open for more than 5 minutes, it crashes and closes on its own. As you can imagine, this was a total nightmare for a first stream. I was able to put a place holder image of my sona for the meantime, but this whole ordeal really left a sour taste in my mouth for the program..

Really hoping this fixes soon, otherwise I may have to find an alternative.

for me it works fine first 15 min and then crashes (not closing, just stops responding and avatar freezes until the app is forced closed and reopened, after that runs just fine) started happening midsummer

This problem happens to me when I play really heavy games (Ex: Zenless Zone Zero, Cult of the Lamb, Luminous Nights, etc.) and my microphone freezes or all sounds are disabled, which are: Microphone and game.

i have the same issue, but it only stops responding like an hour into streaming

i'm not having time out issues but the scene switching issue is very annoying and as you say, embarrassing for a live streamer!

Exact same issue here. Works fine for about 10 minutes then audio starts crackling like crazy. Doesn't matter if I change the priority or affinity. Running OBS and Voicemeeter Potato. Can't stream with PNG Tuber Plus, or need to reset it every 10 minutes. It actually crashed my audio driver today and Voicemeeter wouldn't work at all.

I've definitely had issues where if my computer is trying to process too much, the app starts to struggle. Even more so if my computer has been on for a few hours, and/or I'm running a heavier game. For one game I even made an avatar with minimal physics and movement, to mitigate possible stutters and detection lag from showing immediately. I even had to lower the quality I do stuff in, because my computer just couldn't handle all of it at once.
My CPU and GPU have always been in heavy usage when the avatar (sometimes the game too) is struggling. It's possible to keep an eye on both from task manager, or some other program if you have one that can do it.
