Model Lag in OBS Video Recording

I have my model all set up in PNG Tuber Plus, and the movement looks super smooth in the program directly, as well as in my OBS preview window, but when I go to do a test recording, the model in the video playback shows SUPER laggy. :/ why is this happening?

same. always seems fine when the window is focused but as soon as it's in the background the model drops to like 2 fps and the physics bug way the hell out for me

Same here. Also the textures get all over the place.

Not sure if this helps at all, but I was playing a game today on stream and noticed that the model ONLY lags on certain screens of the game. (Game was Overwatch, model only lagged on hero select & game ending screens). I don't know if the game and png window are fighting or what. My issue may be different from ya'll's since it seems situational.
