Troubles formatting game to screen area. (force windowed)

Hi there! Recently I purchased TOME and I am running a multi monitor setup. All I am trying to do is force a windowed mode, but as it is my mouse doesn't register as where it is showing for my computer, it is about an inch down and to the right. --problem is, I cannot find an area to uncheck the fullscreen box as every time I click it seems to close the window and there doesn't seem to be a keybind to toggle them.



I have tried using Shift Window and I cannot find a solution.

In your settings folder (on windows something like C:\Users\your username\T-Engine\4.0\settings) open up resolution.cfg and you can directly set what you need there. I'm running a multi-display setup myself, so my resolution.cfg has:

window.size = '1920x1200 Borderless'

Set the resolution to whatever you need, and if you want it windowed but not borderless just replace Borderless with Windowed.

Happy to help. I'm sure there must have been an in-game way to solve it, but my mind immediately went to the config files. More direct, that!

I had tried for a good 20 minutes before succumbing to the forums. The only problem was not being able to access the settings via the keyboard, as my mouse wasn't clicking where it was showing on my screen and every time I missed by even a few pixels it closed out the resolution menu. Thank you again, really enjoying the game and I am surprised I never picked it up sooner!
