best font scale/zoom option for 4k monitors

hello, I am running the resolution of 3840x1600 and the text is not readable for me. I have weak eyesight so I put the font all the way to 250% but the text looked weird and out of box. I dialed it back to 200% and I still have the issue. What are the best options to have properly readable text for a blind man like me?
