There's also this list: http://www.roguebasin.com/index.php?title=Category:Roguelike_games
Note: not all of them are PC games, but you can figure out which ones are.
Damn wikipedia. There are very few legitimate roguelikes in that list.
But I am also interested if someone found a good one.
EDIT: I also heard Cataclysm DDA is one of the best roguelikes out there, but I can't stand ASCII graphics, and the tilesets currently in development can't entitely cover the ASCII yet, AFAIK.
Sword of the Stars: The Pit
Dungeon of Dredmor
Nothing is much like ToME but each of those I have listed has a solid base and are all very enjoyable.
Have Fun!
It has quests and all that stuff, races/classes and whatnot.
Ofcourse there are loads of other roguelikes (nethack, angband variations, unreal world, doom roguelike, cataclysm..) but those two are the ones most similar to ToME. DF adventure mode is great but there is not a whole lot to do before the upcoming update.
Dredmor feels too... hmm.. I don't know. Plastic?
I can agree with this statement... but it is still pretty good. Though due to the humor and such it doesn't feel organic like many of the others. But that's pretty much by design. It's a funny and enjoyable experience but I still return to ToME for my core gaming though.
As for DwarfFortress... I can not wait for the next update. I finally had to break down and bought the O'Riley book some time ago and I love DF! I just wish Tarn would do a UI pass and clean things up a bit. There are just so many things that work weirdly it can be frustrating.
As far as personal recommendations, I would say:
Nethack (#1)/Vulture (UI for Nethack, its on Greenlight), ADOM, Brogue, Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup, Powder, DoomRL, CastlevaniaRL (as previously mentioned), Dungeons of Dredmor.
