The Black Core. 5 SP. Grants spellpower equal to SP.
The Black Crown. 5 SP. Increases all saves equal to SP.
The Black Maul. 10 SP. Increases all damage by 1% per SP (2 hand)
The Black Spike. 5 SP. Increases all damage penetration by 1% per SP. (1 hand)
The Black Plate. 10 SP. Increases physical power equal to SP.
The Black Ring. 5 SP. Grants spell-crit equal to half of your SP.
The Black Wall. 5 SP. Increases all resist by 0.4% per SP.
Some items have higher chances (or only chances) from certain bosses or areas, like the Crystal Focus from the spellblaze crystal, or the Yeek-Skin Cloak from the undead city place dungeon thing. But The Black set is open.
Umbraphage does not have shadow power, all item in The Black Set have "The Black" in their name (and The Black Robe is not part of the set, though it is still awesome).
And yes, a psionic adventurer caster character running the complete set for 50 shadow power is absurdly overpowered. When plaything through the whole game, the most I've gotten is 5 items on one character. The least for a full playthrough was 2.
