Any full conversion mods?

does anyone here have any full conversion mods for this game?, the dlcs were amazing but I eventually reached the point where I want to mess around with other forces as well

You'll have more luck looking at the official website. Most of the addons made don't make it to the steam workshop, and some of them alter the game considerably.

TOME itself is a module that runs in the TE4 game engine, there were a few other games made by other people (notably veins of the earth, which I played a little), but as far as I know all of them were abandoned years ago. Although it appears that someone recently has decided to port an old version of TOME to the new engine.
