1 : the Alchemst talent Imbue item into a chest piece, or helmets and belts aswell but ONLY if you have the crafty hands prodigy
2 : pay the jewelers in either Angolwen or the Gates of morning to imbue them into a ring with NO-EGO'S (Ego's being the modifer non enchanted items)
3 : be a Mindslayer and and equip it to the telekinetic slot using telekinetic grasp to equip it and beyond the flesh to activate it. also mindslayers who are using a gem in there TK slot will enjoy a +3 bonus per gem tier to all primary stats on top of the gems normal bonuses
