the mouse dream

so this part is killing me. any tips? hide in plain sight never seems to work, all it does is REMOVE(???) my stealth if i already was stealthed, and if not - it does nothing. ive tried using it after and before the dash, nothing works. would also help if i had any idea where to go, i presume its "opposite" side of the map from where it starts but, man. the other dream was pretty terrible too, but easy. this one is just driving me nuts. help?

The exit is usually at the bottom right. Pay attention to the walls; some have an area you can enter to go to another area. Overall, yeah, it's pretty difficult and very luck dependent. I could never get the stealth to be effective at all. Oh, and you start with some unassigned attribute points! Use them. I found a guide for it when I beat it. I'll try to find the link.

i know about the attribute points, and the shortcuts, still havent made it. ive been going towards bottom right pretty much every time, and every time it has ended up in a dead end with 3+ cats after me blocking the way.

It's kinda tedious, I've done it once when I figured out what was going on, the first time I got pounced on like the first turn. You have an ability to gain some distance, combined with Stealth it should keep you fairly safe for most parts and when things get grim Evade is the answer. Other than that and just trying to keep your distance all I can really say it best of luck.

been on this couple of hours now, on the verge of quitting this game altogether because of this, lol. what makes this even worse is that you have to complete the other dream too again if you fail the mouse one, its so tedious and boring.

i just made really far on the mouse dream, but then out of nowhere i just die. im guessing that there's like stealthed enemies aswell, which is just great. just great.

edit: after more than 2 hours, i finally did it. not feeling accomplishment though, just relieved i dont have to do that crap again.
