Does lightning damage impact "wet" creatures?

Say I roll Archmage with water magic and I get creatures "wet" via tidal wave. Does lightning do more damage to them because they're more "conductive"?

If you mouse over a status condition, it gives a breakdown of all its effects. IIRC, "wet" makes you more prone to stuns, dazes and pins, but I could be misremembering.

Some skills also got bonus from wet enemies (like some cold spells)
but this is always in the skill description.
