Report a translation problem
The only thing that would remain is whether the assets ToME uses are really their own property or not, which I do not know. There are some games (RotMG comes to mind) that just use assets that are free for general use. I do not know if it's the case with ToME though. If it isn't, seems like stolen assets to me.
