Game still isn't properly unlocking content

In particular:
"Annihilator (Tinker meta class)
To unlock in Embers of Rage, learn to tinker, then destroy a greater or ultimate hethugoroth (steam elemental), mecharachnid flame thrower, and one of the Automated Defense Systems of the Steam Quarry.
To use in the classic Age of Ascendancy, Infinite Dungeon, and Arena campaign(s) defeat Outpost Leader John with any two (2) tinker classes."

I did both of the ways here, got both the popups saying it's unlocked, and the class never unlocked. So I got a mod afterwards to bypass locked content because by all rights I should have the Annihilator. Is there any way to fix my unlocks so I have the annihilator?

You can manually edit the allow_build.profile file to have the annihilator unlock line

Oh thank you, it was a frustrating situation and that's much better than simply unlocking literally everything with a mod.

If you do wanna use an addon now or in the future, I recommend Ignore Race/Class locks. It doesn't actually unlock anything, just lets you play whatever regardless of it being unlocked or not (it even adds an achievement for unlocking a class while playing said class)

I think that's the one I used actually, it's pretty nice but I like unlocking everything myself too.
