Heart of the Sandworm Queen Didn't drop

This occured in Nightmare Adventure difficulty in the alternate zone layout.

Not sure if it generally displays the heart as a drop or not but this may help prove it.

The only other thing that I can think of causing it, other than the alternate zone was due to it being pushed back by Repulsion Blast (Paradox Mage), and ending up dying inside of the sand instead of in an open square.

Did you get any drops from the queen?
If there was an open path into unstable sand there is a good chance she got pushed in and dropped her loot there.

I searched the area around where she died, there was only 1 drop and it was from another enemy, im guessing it just bugged out somehow and didn't drop anything.

Did you dig out any of the walls? If she was inside a wall that then collapsed, it would be buried.

Yeah I waited for the worms to clear through the area around her, it was just nothing there at all
