Screen Zoom Causing Graphical Glitches

I'm playing using a large television instead of a monitor, at a resolution of 2560 x 1440 in borderless mode. This makes the HUD really tiny and hard to see. I can alter Font Size to at least be able to read the text, but it is still rather uncomfortable to play (and I would rather not play in Fullscreen so it doesn't adjust my resolution while doing other things).

To fix this, I tried using Screen Zoom and it looks much better! ... aside from windows being messed up. Every window has a strange glitch that looks like (for lack of a better way to describe it) the window is intersecting itself. This wasn't an issue aside from the slightly odd visual until I went to the level-up screen. There, many of the icons are invisible and I can't see the stats on the left side. This happens using any level of screen zoom I tried (I tried a few settings between 110 and 200 zoom) and ultimately I gave up.

Any suggestions?
