None of the characters I unlock in Solace Inc are actually staying unlocked. Whenever I boot up the game after closing it down, all the characters i've unlocked are gone, and I have to unlock them again. All other progress (levels, upgrades, cutscenes seen) all remain, it's just the characters. This lead to a particularly interesting bug. Before closing the game I set the leader to Wibby. Upon rebooting the game, Wibby was no longer unlocked...but he was still the leader. I could enter a level as him, but...

Does anyone know how to get any of the WELD achievements?

So there doesn't seem to be a large player base for this game, so I'm not sure that anyone is even interested in discussion, but I can't figure out Noirwood.
