house keeper problem

why my house keeper not working, even i click the unstuck button they just hang around the staff room LoLllllll

Do you have auto pay on? If not they may have went up to the max you owe them for pay. After the workers get to like $300 that you owe them. They won't work. May be a good idea to see if they need to get paid.

Also make sure that you have housekeeping turned on for the rooms.

On the computer go to the Rooms tab. Next to each room there is a slider. When the little circle is to the right and the left hand side looks blue the housekeeping for the room is on. When the little circle is to the left and there is no colour in the other part of the bar then housekeeping is off for that room.

I'm playing on Steamdeck and it works well,after mapping commands. However, the pop up for taking payment for a room does not vanish . so i'm stuck with the pop up, if i click take payment again, i get a fatal error. can anyone help please?

It's not just a steamdeck bug. I have it intermittently on PC. The only thing I can suggest until it gets patched is to drop a save before you rent a room. That way if it bugs you're not having to go back a lot of time. Usually when the game restarts after that I won't have the problem again for a while, but it's been too random for me to say exactly what's causing it.
