Stuck -Cars and delivery Truck stuck behind Police Car

Game is stuck I have about 7 cars and my delivery truck stuck behind a police car that's not moving, can't get any of them to move. Had to reload a previous save

when traffic gets stuck find out which car is causing it, click tab and select the wheel, you can drive it yourself to unclog traffic. i hope this helps

So The police car keeps trying to drive into the water tower and keeps going back and forth and then cars and delivery truck start to get stuck behind him. Game is broken!!!

oh wow i haven't had that. hummmmmtry to see if you can drive the police car, and get it out of the way.??

Luckilly I was able to take control of him and got him out of the way, but not he's trying to exit thru the side fence and he's just going back and forth out of there LOL.
