Guest bug

Sometimes the guest will not leave, his rent time will reset to the time he rented, but no money for this. For example in room 1 was a guest, rented for 59h, after the time reach 0, the timer started from 59 again.

I've got one where the timer is and has been 0 but they're not coming out. I don't know what to do about it

Yeah, I'm having the same problems. I have a guy that rented a room for 96 hours. The renter has changed to a woman and will not leave even through the timer is at 0. I can't enter the room, can't do anything with it and can't rent it out so as far as I'm concerned the game is broken, no reason to play it for now. I very much hope they get this fixed cause it literally the point of the game, to rent out rooms.

Had the same issue. UPDATE: Did some more research and just figured out what was up for my case. Had not finished the tutorial. As soon as I did the customer checked out. :)

I am having the same issue. One guest in room 2 is not leaving - timer continues to reset repeatedly without any compensation. I am long done with the tutorial so that is not the problem. I also verified integrity of the game files - nothing has worked to fix the problem.

The issue did not fix itself after tutorial. no timer reset or anything, just stays at 00:00 and never checks out

I am having the same issue now too, timer keeps resetting to a full real life hour & they never leave. will have to stop playing till a bug fix or patch comes out hopefully

YES same with me room 2 never checks out.

If you are still on the tutorial part after checking a guest in (rent rooms, serve customers, sell gas) then the customer will not check out until all of that is done.

we have stated that we are not on the tutorial. I still was when it happened, but I've played for so long since then. room 3 for me, room 2 for the others having this issue.
