So why is it there?

First of all, the game feels great. The design is both harmonious and simple, and the abilities are quite traditionnal but never fail. Idk if this is a solo dev but there's definitely some love that's been poured into the mechanics. Mobs dropping coins making them worth fighting, almost no exploits with the abilities, and even weapon shop and training dummies to practice multi-dash in the hub.
