I can't even play the game. Once I start it up it goes back down.

i have tried every setting and i crash constantly even reverted to last graphics option for crt standard monitor sizes and as soon as i start a game, bang another crash. all other settings make all the visuals appear in a tiny grid in the corner. seriously what in the ♥♥♥♥?...
