Is this version any dfferent from the PS1 version, besides better graphics?

If you're into getting the pc version get the retail one or the one they sell on GoG

No, THAT was the horrid remake. I played that and never want to play it again.

PS1 is not the best graphic version: look at PC and Dreamcast version.

the best version is the dreamcast version!!!!!!!!!!!
it has vga support for highe resolution backgrounds
its has the ambient sound from the ps1 version

the pc version has this horrible midi sound ambient that ruins the game for me , because i pleyed for the first time on ps1 , so when cheq this is simply not the same it isnt the same game without ambient and musics sounds.
the have to port an hd remaster from dreamcast is the ultimate version, just get the demull emulator downlaod the game and cheq it out and the we talk again..

Steam: it's a very ♥♥♥♥♥♥ port, you dig in the discussions far enough and you'll find the community has solved the issues but you'll have to fix it manually.
it crashes very easily on the most high end computers due to bad optimization, like i tried listening to a tape recording and it crashed during the playback.
finally all the cutscenes are a black screen with the sound playing.
i only played this game for 25 minutes before it crashed and i'm not very happy with it at all. but I bought it months ago so i'm gonna share what i know

PS1: atleast it probably ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ works

I played on the PS1 version with friends and the OST is TOTALY DISAPOINTING on Steam. Graphics aren't better, the controls are just horrible... Can some1 find a good point 'bout the Steam version?

Don't bother looking for one. it's just the GoG version's files pasted over. You're better off playing the retail/gog pc version because they couldn't paste them properly.
