see if its on your pc then, it should be there usually, thats a dx9 file

or maybe download the installer for direct x, or the updator and extract its "cab" files, n it may be there

instead of getting a random dodgy file online that may let someone into your machine

Good afternoon ignorant, the DLL or Parch can be considered by the antivirus as a virus but in reality it is not, inform yourself well before commenting. Surely since you use an original game platform you are not aware of the other methods outside of Steam.
