Yellow screen and flickering, temp fix

I was having the yellow screen issue combined with flickering of the overlay and some of the rendered assets. As I was trying to take screenshots it was fixing the bug temporarily, and then would go back to flickering. But now I've pinned a steam note to my game and I'm able to play without the bug
Not exactly sure the cause or if this will help but thought I'd share just in case.

Thanks for sharing your workaround. For anyone that is having the yellow screen issue. Even if it "fixed" by this workaround, can you send me your DxDiag file as explained here https://steamcommunity.com/app/2591410/discussions/0/4038104984936396794/ together with a screenshot or picture (if a screenshot does not show the problem) of how the game looks like in this scenario. It will make it easier for me to figure out what is actually causing the problem so I can hopefully find a proper fix for it
