Broken AI Supreme Ruler 2020 Gold

Hey, I love Supreme ruler 2020 but i am really saddended by the fact that the Ai when allied in a mutual defence deal fails to honour its obligations. i have read through the forums about the Ai only joining defensive conflicts when the human player has high treaty integrity, in my game i regularly avoid starting conflict in fact i take the intiative to establish friendly relations with foreign nations for the sake of raising my interantional standing with the UN.

Yet despite having 93% Treaty Intergity and the staus with the interantional community tiered as "delighted" my allies do not protect me when hostile nations declare war on me.
I have read in battle goat forums that allies only join if the war is beneifical to their cause but i have seen through my 250 hours of playthrough that the Ai simply can not operate in such a sophisticated manner in its current state.
The Ai's tanks break down due to poorly planned supply lines, nations do not invest in research or enginering updated facilities, wars are waged without peace agreements and armstices being negotiated by the Ai and diplomacy becomes comically ineffective when millitary treaties are not respected.

I am not the only one to identify these issues.

I have encountred these issues in all scenarios of Supreme Ruler 2020 Gold and campaigans, i love this game and either way i will contuine playing it as is, but i truly believe you guys need to fix the diplomacy with an update.

I always thought the AI rushed into defending you without much planning, tbf i haven't played 2020 in a while, mostly ultimate. But I can 100% agree with the no peace agreements and armstices. As much as I love this game, SR games have always lacked in diplomacy. I really hope BG starts to focus a bit more on it, allow for peace to be signed at least.

To be clear, the game is now 10 years old. Development work on this title ended a long time ago. If you'd like to have a similar experience with a better AI, I'd suggest buying Supreme Ruler Ultimate.
