Is there a manual for this game?

I know there isn't a tutorial but is there a manual anywhere? I'd prefer a tutorial but without at least a manual I just can't play this.

Technically, there is a tutorial. Pages 10-26 of the manual. There's a playthrough you can playalong.

I learned this game the hard way so I can't comment on the quality of it, but it's there.

There is also a (IMHO) bargain-priced ($11.34) printed version of the manual, located at http://www.lulu.com/shop/bruce-geryk/dominions-404b-manual/paperback/product-21404041.html. If you don't have a tablet, this is (IMHO) the way to go.
