Not quite -- that would be a copyright violation! Illwinter purchased the rights to use these songs in their games. :)

It's not possible to "mod" the soundtrack in the conventional sense; you would have to take the music tracks you wanted, convert them into a Dom 4 - comaptible data format, and replace the existing tracks with the ones you added.

I found a much easier solution; lower the volume of the music all the way and play your favorite tracks off YouTube/CD's/mp3s. ;)

That Guillaume De Machaut song is in the game? Maybe it has simply been too long since I listened to the music, but I don't recall this one in the lineup. In fact, I specifically started listening to it among others in order to replace the in-game music. Speaking of which, Douce Dame Jolie is an excellent addition to any lineup trying to extend the feel of the in-game music.
