How to get balge?

Hey guys i got an question to ya all my lvl 45 and i watched some videos about getting balge but i never ran into once can maybe someonce help me ?

the spawn rate of balge is really, really, really low it is like 0.01% chance to spawn.. you need alot of luck to get him. good luck tho :D

You can get him on an egg after killing dungeon boss.
