Day 3 06:09 level 12 to Islands of Freedom
Day 3 14:39 level 16 to Darion (no-army-suicide trick)
The Islands of Freedom full-clear (minus one stack for no-army-suicide) took a lot less time than I feared, so there's no longer any real doubt in my mind that I can in fact finish this game with 102 quests complete by the end of day 5; and since all remaining battles (well, technically all but the Spider Boss) can be fought with Lina's Chargers, no-lossing them will be straightforward. (Up to this point, I've frozen Evil Shoal at 270-320 damage, since beyond that point I lose the ability to fire it at my own Magic Springed, Archmage-shielded Horsemen without killing one. ...okay, I suppose that particular resurrection loop could still work with the help of Stone Skin, but then it would be even less efficient, and it's already comically bad as is.)
The hardest battle so far was the Magic Range Chaos Altar (two stacks of Imps, 3 stacks of Cerberi), which literally took me half a day to figure out how to no-loss; I suspect I could have brought a better army to that fight (Cursed Ghosts?). Honorable mention goes to the first large Old Royal Castle battle I fought, largely because of when it happened (rune in battlefield chest made me try it early). In comparison, Enemen actually wasn't that bad once I figured out I could create a melee chokepoint by whittling down but not quite killing the 2 Vampire stacks, and it was pretty easy to stabilize against the Staff of Destruction at level 12 with the help of 370-550 Underground Blades. +6/+6 from Nighttime Operations in the Magic Range/Enemen/Staff fights certainly didn't hurt.
Day 4 ~05:50 level 22 to Ellinia
Day 4 15:54 level 28 to Darion (no-army-suicide trick)
I switched my wife to Xeona before heading to Ellinia. This led to a bit of extra dialogue when talking to Chief Engineer Debat during the Dragon's Labyrinth quest.
My default Ellinia army was Emerald Green Dragons, Inquisitors, Lake Fairies, and two half-size Dryad stacks, with Xeona dual-wielding Isshara's Whip + Assassin's Dagger, and me wielding the Dragon Slayer's Sword from the Tournament. Lake Fairies were amazing here, despite the lack of Anga's Ruby. I swapped in one or two Silver Rapiers against Undead, and either Knights or Shamans if there was no Lullaby-vulnerable enemy stack justifying the split Dryads.
