Can you only get them from the protesters on day one? Haven't come across any since.

On the note of Protestors, they also appear at the Casino in the Wellsprings Desert.

Unhappy Campers west of Home City also drop them.
Btw, I expected Conspiracy Guy to have a skill that would add info about enemy drops into his almanac, especially because you can get equipment from some monsters. Too bad he does not have it.

You can get them if you go to school and use the computer on the second floor to re-fight them.
