Controls don't work

Hello there,

I've just started the game for the first time and I can't play the game.
The tutorial level starts with the messgae 'Use (left/right) arrow keys to move', however I am not able to move. Pressing those keys does nothing.

Restarting the game does not work either. Is there anybody with the same issue? If yes, how do I solve it?

I actually forgot to close this topic, since it has already been solved.
I don't think your PC-specs have anything to do with this issue; my PC has a Q6600, 4gb ram & the same Windows version.
This strange problem disappeared when I had uninstalled and downloaded the game for the 4th time. Very strange.. but now it works.

I don’t think reinstalling the game was what solved the problem. As far as I’m concerned, often the game decides that the balls should move to the right even when no key or joypad button is pressed, and I have to restart the game to fix it. Maybe it’s related.

I just noticed changing the resolution breaks the game for me. I can still access the menues and navigate around those but I can't move in game.

Same problem. Really annoying. Now I try to reinstal it. A game about typing where the keyboard doesn't work...

Same here :( ... after resolution change (or fullscreen/window change) the move keys doesn't work :(

I tried to connect another keyboard, togheter with the "principal one" and, guess what, it worked. Weird.

i want to play this game on window mode, but...T^T

I am bringing this up again because it is stille happening: As soon as I change the game resolution, the keys doesn't work anymore.

last comments were on 2015, now its 2018 and Im having the same exact problem :/
