I mostly use the same for most of my racing games. Sometimes I lower the "Overall Effect Strenght" if the steering feels too heavy. The one playing Truck Driving Simulators is my wife as she's a logistics student! :)
Also what M-A-G said before, it's true that the truck is harder to steer when stationary. When moving at least a bit it's way easier to turn the wheels. Brings memories when I was driving my Saab 900 without power steering. Good times!
