Make sure your Windows is up to date.
First you may check the config.cfg in C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\SCANIA Truck Driving Simulator
For a FHD Screen with 60hz you want the line:
uset r_mode "1920x1080x32x60"
for example. Search for it and change it. (STRG + F in Editor to search).
Not working? Then try:
Go to C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\American Truck Simulator
Copy config.cfg
Go to C:\Users\pasca\Documents\SCANIA Truck Driving Simulator
Paste the copied file and overwrite the existing. This might work. If not, try to delete everything in the C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\SCANIA Truck Driving Simulator folder and restart the game.
GeForce App? You mean GeForce Experience? I suggest to uninstall that anyway. It is buggy as hell and uses way too many recourses because it constantly scans for new games and may cause massive slow downs.
