Close all games. Open the Logitech Profiler and enter the Steering Wheel Settings.
Create a new Profile. I named it after STDS in the profile properties. Then select the STDS exe as "Games and apps that use this profile" in profile properties.
You find it in - Steam\steamapps\common\Scania Truck Driving Simulator
Then you open also check the box "Lock profile when game is running". Now you can close the profile properties.
Oper the Axin Properties for the Wheel. Set Centering and Sensitivity according to your preferences and click ok. Close the profiler.
With deactivated FFB in STDS you now only have the centering force you set in the profiler. Yet you will always once you started a mission immidiatly go into the controller settings, check and unchek FFB and then you will only have the set centering spring force.
The answer is: Yes, but no.
It's properly detected and can be set up, but the force feedback won't work. It's always set to maximum with a high center force and the only way to change that is to start a "challenge", immediatly enter the menu, set the FFB on and off and then it will be off completely, thus resulting in zero resistance and feedback. It is totally playable, but it's highly annoying to always do that (unless of course you want to train your arm muscles).
I wrote to the SCS support and they said that STDS is not supported anymore and it won't be updated to work properly with modern wheels.
