Is it possible to change region from DN Europe to DN Sea?

Hello i would like to know if it is possible to play via steam on the SEA servers from europe (if sea even supports steam) because:
1. I kinda HATE nexon they tend to ruin many games (even though Atlantica wasn't that bad)
2. I already play on SEA server since beginning
3. Sea servers has way more content and faster content as it is older

I would like to know if it is possible to get the steam support from the game in Europe for Sea servers.
If it is: How can you change it that way?
If not i won't play via steam

because in Ragnarok online it was possible (but i gues sea doesn't support steam as it is by cherry credits)
Well doesn't have steam trading cards so it actually doesn't matter / has no advantage whether playing with or without steam.

1. No, you cannot play SEA with the EU Steam Client.
2. Dragon Nest EU, as well as Cherry Credits, is run by Shanda.
3. Nexon hosts Dragon Nest NA.
4. We have level 60 on our servers, Jade system, an Kali will come next month.

Oh okay i thought Nexon did Eu as well, well okay than cut this point : )

Well still it is a pitty that it isn't possible to play sea on eu steam client (in RO you just had to change a file in the RO folder and it was possible, here probably not due to different versions) but this is a thing in Steam mechanic and not caused by you guys so maybe steam will some time in the future change this system to make it possible

Maybe i will try EU version in the future but i gues i will stick to sea version as i already have too much stuff on sea servers already so that it is hard to change servers and begin from new [+ 70 cap will come in near future and assassin is already announced]

Sorry for adding to an old post but, how is the current status about this?
I understand EU Steam client cant connect to other servers. How is it about account registration and IP filters? Someone from EU sucessfully runs a game on SEA atm?

Also I think DN SEA has an ipblock now.. you can play it but cant download/patch it anymore / only on like 5-10kb/s.. thats what I noticed last time I tried (with an singapour proxy downloading worked without those restrictions again) asuming since they took over dn eu they now want us from eu stay out of sea
[Alternative would be: they fked up their uploadservers very bad at this time.. was over a week duration though not only like a few hrs i notied]

Only when the game has designated sea and eu on same client (like TreeOfSavior has)
or simply nonsteam - not like it has achievements or anything

Okay thanks, that was a valuable comment. Makes sense, as something was done to keep NA people seperate too. So playing over proxy is a solution, is this required only for a patch/download process? Playing over proxy isnt really attractive...

both DN EU and DN SEA are NOT ip locked, only vietnam, japan, korea, and NA are aswell as indonesia, people from america can play eu and sea aswell as japanese can play eu and sea
just their download station is sometimes crap xD the EU client wont connect to other servers then EU same for SEA etc etc

Only for the downloading, after you can switch it off again -- as I said im not sure wether this was/is a bugg or a new feature to drive away the eu playerbase to eu servers (played since alpha on sea so there was never one before - not playing right now though so im not sure about the state right now, if it is some sort of highlimit dlrate/no download for eu then it was between silverhunter and 93 cap)
