Where's my steam account?

I had a steam account of dragon's nest where it would login on it's own but now it requests me to enter the login and password. Did i lose my steam account of dragon's nest forever? i had a lot of stuff in there it would be a waste if it's gone forever :/

due to a server error happening 2 months ago every account got wiped, after logging in people got reimbursed untill 15th of march as compensation, cash items were reimbursed aswell, since Cherrycredits took over people had to bind their account, you can do this on the dragonnest website, use your steam emailadress to request the ID and password for binding

your account will be empty with every character at lvl 80

first you need to get your ID and password
http://ingame.dragonnest.eu/en/Support/Forgot_password?id=2

then you need to bind your account
https://dneu.cherrycredits.com/binding/login

(if the email seems invalid please make a cherrycredits account on
https://exchange.cherrycredits.com/reg/registration.aspx and send in a ticket with your steam ID and old usernames, they will reply within 3-4 working days)

after you binded you can login with the ID and Login given at the form u filled

Kinda forgot what my character names are but i know only the classes i had, but that won't do much will it?

dont think so, i suggest requesting your emailadress by sending the ticket to cherrycredits with your steamID so u can retrieve the ID, im sure they just send the email used based on your steamID only
