Stuck at Dragon Nest Steam Launcher

Cannot start even the game launcher.

First error pop-up: Unable to load patch config list.
Second error pop-up: Launcher initialization failed. (E:5)

Then it closes.

Is anyone experiencing issues right now?

Hey, I found a little solution.

Go to your Steam instalation folder, then open the game archives location:
C:\...Steam\SteamApps\common\Dragon Nest Europe\DragonNest

There will be an executable file, called dnlauncher.exe. Click to open it and the game will be launched as normal.

yes just use the dnlauncher.exe, however, the quote u placed is not fully correct

1.) yes you dont login automaticly so you have to manual login
2.) steam overlay can be used, add the game as nonsteam game dnlauncher.exe
3.) the steam launcher is only for autologin, dnlauncher.exe is the patcher aswell, but according to the website 156 is bugged, if it doesnt go beyond that, download the original client since CC doesnt provide 156 to 157 manual patch up to 172

I can not download the latest patch from the official site DN and therefore still can not log into the game, had to pass the patch? thank you

2. I never said that Steam overlay could not be used.

3. The normal Dragon Nest Europe is bugged too. You cand find the thread about this issue at the Cherry Credits Forum. There's a new version for DNLauncher already, if you get any trouble with the current one.

You need to download the new launcher at http://dneu.cherrycredits.com/game/download and then install it. That launcher will patch the game for you. If you get any error, you can download the patches at the same site where you get the launcher.

You need to know what patches you don't have. Then download every patch and install them one-per-one.
