how to log in through old acc?

i had 7-8 maxed 80 cap characters. i could log in without anything (username, pass) with steam, now after cherry is there i cant log in out of cherry through my steam. i wanted to play dn again after months and i got recaptcha problem, then i downloaded original launcher from dragonnesteu and created cherry, new account. after recaptcha got fixed i downloaded it again from steam and it asked me for cherry account, i logged in through my new cherry acc and got the chars i played on dragonnesteu. does that mean i cant get my old acc back? need help please

on the website http://www.dragonnest.eu is a option on the right navibar called ''bind your account'' you will have to bind your steam account to your new cherry account, if you dont know your steam login information (most likely your steamname used when creating your account and your steam password maybe) you can send in a ticket, go to the cherrycredits website and login your cherry account, go to support and send in a ticket, in the mail state that you're a returned player from steam and dont know your login details to bind, give them your steam ID, steamname, as much information as possible related to your steam account (without the password ofcourse xD) they will most likely then reply within 3 working days (note that saturday and sunday dont count) and you will get your information (it is possible they give only the username for safety reasons, once you got your username u can request your password and it will be send to the emailadress your steam uses to login) its also possible to request your username like this if im right if you dont want to go through all the trouble

It's the same for me but now it says "Account Binding Unavailable" "Account binding is no longer available since 16 September 2016 0000HRS CEST." So that means I lost all my characters, items, everything?

yes, you lost it all (items were lost already in march, people got reimbursed soon after)

they closed account binding since its been like half a year already
