How to open the abilities of Silver Hunter from Eu Dragon nest?

Most recently I started playing on a European server for a silver hunter, but when I started to open her skills and I wanted to use them, it was simply impossible ... T. e hunter's skills are blocked, only the archer's classical skills work. Maybe my is not mindfulness or what's the matter?

silver hunter's skill are unlocked once you do a quest, first the hunter quest which is i think still around 15-20, and the silver hunter quest around 45-50 only then you unlock those skills

Like variouss say, skills are unlocked once you reach certain level, they kind of like... teach you the skills, first you choose them, at least thats what i remember , i am coming back to the game so i dont know if it works the same but i had an archer and it worked that way, they unlocked at different levels of the game.

its +/- the same except the silver hunter aswell as the other dark/light characters have a special story for unlocking their specialization which can be either half as long or twice as long as the normal characters
