Cleaning up Kaso-Machi (trash bags) task/mission start question
I have this on my Tasks but can not interact with the trash bags. I feel like I missed something. Do I need to talk to somebody or do something to be able to collect the trash or does it open later?

You need to find a truck upgrade to collect the trash bags. Keep searching around the island! :Cellarius:
