Stuck in House Of Portals

Okay, so in the House Of Portals I've done some sequence of doorways and swaps that results in my being stuck in a house with a closed front door, no portal doorways, and no message on the front table (which would initiate a new portal sequence...) In other words, no options.
So I'm about at the point of quitting out and seeing where the game last saved me.

Anybody else that's seen this one?

I know other games' designers ask players who've encountered bugs of this kind to send savegames for analysis.
Sure is a shame we don't have that option here.

I think thats fixed, never see this in the House or you have oversee a Portal.

I have a similar issue in that house, although for me, I ended up outside with the door closed and no way back in. When I moved a little further away the door showed as open, but when i got close, a closed door (the open doors were still there) appears in the doorway.

I have this problem too.. Sketched Ethan's house, went into the House of portals, everything does right out and kissed the closed door :(
Update. I understood - it is needed to avoid all the portals below before entering last, into the attic. Gluck, however ..

Ultimately I had to quit out and restart from an earlier position. Fortunately, by that time I had figured out the trick of the House Of Portals: walk through and observe, BEFORE you enter any portals at all!
